Welcome to Xicana Boutique. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Xicana Boutique (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website. By visiting or making a purchase, you engage in our “Service.” These Terms apply to all users of the site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page for changes.


2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.


3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Many of our items are handmade, artisanal, or hand-painted. Because of this:

  • Slight variations in color, size, pattern, and texture are normal.

  • Artisanal imperfections are not considered defects.

  • Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings.

We try to describe products accurately, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions are error-free.


4. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

If an item sells out, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT

We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other checkout methods offered at the time of purchase.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory issues.

6. SHIPPING & PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the carrier.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or items marked as “Delivered.”

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reship fees apply.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products (handmade, artisanal, personal-use items), ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless stated otherwise.

We only accept returns if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The item arrived damaged. Photo proof is required within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Earrings (for hygiene)

  • Artisanal jewelry

  • Handmade items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

Approved returns receive store credit or item replacement (if available).

8. IN-STORE & POP-UP PURCHASES

All in-store, pop-up, and vendor event purchases are final sale.


9. DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Only one discount code may be used per order unless specified.

Promotions cannot be applied to past purchases.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content—including images, logos, product photos, designs, and descriptions—is owned by Xicana Boutique and may not be used without written permission.


11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Carrier delays or lost/stolen packages

  • Website errors, interruptions, or delays
